Diagnostic anti-Feline IgG antibodies pairs and antigens for animal health (animal infectious disease ) testing in ELISA test, competitive ELISA test, blocking ELISA test, Lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA), colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay, Chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA), turbidimetric inhibition immuno assay (TINIA), and immunonephelometry

Catalog Number: GMP-AD-Pet-26

Definition of the disease: There are four subclasses of IgG in Feline: IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4. IgG is the most abundant immunoglobulin in serum. The general immunoglobulin structure is composed of four polypeptide chains, two heavy and two light chains linked together and to each other by disulfide bonds, creating a tetrameric quaternary structure. The resulting tetramer creates two identical halves which together form a Y ike structure. While the amino-terminal portions that exhibits highly variable amino-acid composition are involved in antigen binding, the C terminal constant parts are involved in complement binding, placental passage and binding to cell membrane. IgG can bind to many pathogens and plays an important role in antibody dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.

Genemedi produces core animal health diagnostic ingredients-validated antibodies pairs Mouse anti-Feline IgG monoclonal antibodies and Feline IgG antigens for rapid test kit of animal infectious disease with Feline IgG to evaluate the animal health of pet.

The paired antibodies are both monoclonal antibody(mab).

All the antibodies and antiges of animal disease test are suitable for in functional ELISA, and other immunoassays in dignostics. The antibody can act as a capture antibody and detection antibody. Antigens are validated as positive control materials.
