Anti-Exatecan monoclonal antibody (mAb) for ADC is designed and developed for selective cancer therapy, targeting Exatecan Mesylate, a topoisomerase I inhibitor, to cancer cells. Exatecan binds and inhibits topoisomerase I, which is involved in DNA replication and causes cancer cells to die without affecting other cells.
