You can produce AAV-rh74 particle in 293T cell line in high titer using GeneMedi's AAV-rh74 Rep-Cap plasmid with GM's AAV expression vector (overexpression or shRNA) and AAV helper plasmid.

AAV-rh74 is a versatile and efficient vector with broad tissue tropism, particularly for the liver, skeletal muscle, heart, and brain. These features make it an attractive candidate for gene therapy in a range of diseases, including those affecting the liver, muscle, heart, and central nervous system.
