GeneMedi's AAV-Anc80 Rep-Cap plasmid supplies the AAV2 Rep (replication) proteins and the AAV-Anc80 capsid protein.
You can produce AAV-Anc80 particle in 293T cell line in high titer using GeneMedi's AAV-Anc80 Rep-Cap plasmid with GM's AAV expression vector (overexpression or shRNA) and AAV helper plasmid.
AAV-Anc80 has superior tissue specificity and efficiency in delivering genes to these tissues, particularly in the liver, muscle, and retina, and it is being explored as a vector for gene therapies targeting these organs. However, the exact tropism can vary based on the specific modifications made to the vector and the disease target.
