IL27R/IL27RA: Target/Biomarker Introduction, products summarized (antibody/ADC/bispecific/antigen/ORF vector/VLP) and disease/indication/condition/MOA for drug discovery and IVD
It's the GeneMedi's summary page for Target/Biomarker Introduction of IL27R/IL27RA. The page also collects GeneMedi's different modalities and formats products for IL27R in therapeutics/drug discovery and IVD diagnostics, which is including antibody, ADC, bispecific, antigen, ORF vector, VLP, etc. With GeneMedi's target-insight database-GM ITD database, the IL27R target is also connected to human indications/diseases/conditions/MOA.
Target sublocation: Transmembrane Protein.
In mice, CD4+ helper T-cells differentiate into type 1 (Th1) cells, which are critical for cell-mediated immunity, predominantly under the influence of IL12. Also, IL4 influences their differentiation into type 2 (Th2) cells, which are critical for most antibody responses. Mice deficient in these cytokines, their receptors, or associated transcription factors have impaired, but are not absent of, Th1 or Th2 immune responses. This gene encodes a protein which is similar to the mouse T-cell cytokine receptor Tccr at the amino acid level, and is predicted to be a glycosylated transmembrane protein. Cytokine Products for cell curture, in vitro study, in vivo study, benchmark, drug discovery & MOA research and positive control for the diagnosis
Genemedi produces human, Cynomolgus/ Rhesus macaque, rat, mouse interleukin 27 receptor, alpha (IL27RA) His+Avi (Biotinylated) for cell curture, in vitro study, in vivo study, benchmark, drug discovery & MOA research and positive control for the diagnosis.
Interleukin 27 receptor, alpha is a subunit of the interleukin-27 receptor. IL27RA is its human gene. This gene encodes a protein which is similar to the mouse T-cell cytokine receptor Tccr at the amino acid level, and is predicted to be a glycosylated transmembrane protein.
