TCR alpha-beta (abT) is a transmembrane protein complex encoded by the TRAC and TRBC genes. GMab Anti-TCRαβ (clone: αβ/CD3) is a mouse IgG monoclonal antibody targeting the αβ T-cell receptor heterodimer, validated for FACS-based affinity binding assays and immunophenotyping.
