The target: ARID2, gene name: ARID2, also named as BAF200, CSS6, p200. This gene encodes a member of the AT-rich interactive domain (ARID)-containing family of DNA-binding proteins. Members of the ARID family have roles in embryonic patterning, cell lineage gene regulation, cell cycle control, transcriptional regulation and chromatin structure modification. This protein functions as a subunit of the polybromo- and BRG1-associated factor or PBAF (SWI/SNF-B) chromatin remodeling complex which facilitates ligand-dependent transcriptional activation by nuclear receptors. Mutations in this gene are associated with hepatocellular carcinomas. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome1. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2016].

    About Gmab

    GDU
    GDU

GMab, developed by GeneMedi, constitutes an advanced library of recombinant monoclonal antibodies, each meticulously designed to target specific molecular entities. Leveraging the sophisticated capabilities of GM’s Taurus™ and LIBRA™ platforms, GMab synthesizes antibodies characterized by high binding affinity, exceptional physicochemical stability, and optimal developability profiles.

Through expression in mammalian cell lines, GMab has been established as a paradigmatic reference antibody. It holds significance in myriad domains of biological drug discovery, encompassing cellular cultivation, innovative assay methodologies, strategic animal model systematization, in-depth pharmacokinetic & pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modeling, and intricate mechanism of action (MOA) investigations.
