SOLIDEX™-CDEx Flow Cytometry antibodies
Fluorescent-Conjugated Antibodies (PE/APC/FITC). These antibodies are conjugated to fluorescent dyes, such as Phycoerythrin (PE), Allophycocyanin (APC), or Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC), making them particularly valuable for flow cytometry and multi-parameter analysis. GeneMedi's Flow Cytometry antibodies are validated to detect PBMC-derived specific cell types by flow cytometry.
GeneMedi's antibodies—Anti-Human CD3E, Anti-Human CD4, Anti-Human CD8, Anti-Human CD14, Anti-Human CD19, and Anti-Human NCAM1 (CD56)—are extensively validated for the detection of specific cell types derived from Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) by flow cytometry. These antibodies enable accurate identification and profiling of immune cell subsets within PBMC populations, supporting diverse immunological studies and applications.
